You can access the kneeboard page by pressing the Wheel Button in Mode 3 (the magenta/red color.) Due to limited space on each page, I have included only the important mappings. To install kneeboard pages (if you choose to do so), copy the folders to ~\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Kneeboard. I've chosen "LAlt + LShift + 1" for it and you need to map that that to your keyboard assignment. An example is "HDG Set Knob - CCW/Decrease" for the F-16, which by default has no binding. Finally, search the accompanying text file for the module for any new keybinding(s) (marked by the # character) and map those new bindings to the keyboard column. Note that you need to load a profile for the module that you are planning to fly via the Windows lower right taskbar prior to starting DCS (or alternatively by hitting Alt+Tab and clearing/reloading a different profile if you decide to fly another module once DCS is launched.) Inside DCS, go to your module under Control section and clear the entire X52 H.T.A.S category to remove all the default mappings and then map your axis as well as "Wheel Brake On/Off" to button 27 (this is because the three buttons below the LCD screen on the throttle cannot be mapped via the Logitech program!) You also need to map the two other buttons (VR Reset and Pause) under the UI Layer section - this is common for all modules and needs to be done once. pr0 files to your C:\Users\Public\Documents\Logitech\X52 folder.
